Dendrobium Longan Red Date Tea

Ingredients: 5g Dendrobium, 6 pieces of longan pulp, 4 pitted red dates, 800ml water

Method: Soak all ingredients in warm water for 10 minutes. Put them into a pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the soup turns dark.

Suitable for: Sisters with sallow complexion and low energy. Have a cup in the afternoon to boost vitality
Dendrobium Lily Almond Drink

Ingredients: 6g Dendrobium, 10g dried lily bulbs, 8g sweet almonds, 1 liter water

Method: Soak lily bulbs and almonds in warm water for 30 minutes first. Put them into a pot with Dendrobium, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 25 minutes until lily bulbs are soft. Strain out the residues before drinking ☕

Dendrobium Tangerine Peel Coix Seed Water

Ingredients: 5g Dendrobium, 1 piece of dried tangerine peel, 15g roasted coix seeds, 1 liter water

Method: Soak coix seeds in advance for 2 hours. Soak tangerine peel until soft and remove the inner membrane. Cook coix seeds in a pot for 20 minutes first, then add Dendrobium and tangerine peel. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes until coix seeds bloom and soften 🌸

Dendrobium Astragalus Wolfberry Soup

Ingredients: 6g Dendrobium, 8g astragalus root, 1 small handful of wolfberries (goji berries), 1 liter water

Method: Put Dendrobium and astragalus root into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. Add washed wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the heat.

Dendrobium Tremella Fig Congee

Ingredients: 5g Dendrobium, 1/4 tremella fungus (snow fungus), 3 figs, 1.2 liters water

Method: Soak tremella fungus in cold water for 2 hours. Put it into a pot with Dendrobium and halved figs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer slowly for 30 minutes until tremella releases gelatin and the soup becomes thick.

【食材】石斛6克、乾百合10克、甜杏仁8克、清水1升
